PET POLICIES:
We allow up to 2 dogs per Lot, with no size restrictions.
We do not allow aggressive breed dogs. Each dog must be registered with the park via a petscreening.com profile.
Dog sitting or visiting dogs are not allowed. Dogs must be leashed or kenneled when outside of the home.
The monthly pet fee applies to dogs only, indoor pets (cats, etc) are not subject to a fee but must not be allowed outside.
WE HAVE LOTS AVAILABLE - SINGLE OR DOUBLEWIDE.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW HOMES OLDER THAN 1990 TO BE MOVED INTO THE PARK. ALL USED HOMES MUST LOOK UPDATED AND WELL MAINTAINED TO BE MOVED INTO THE PARK. WE WILL REQUIRE PHOTOS OF THE EXTERIOR.
